Mind-blowing staff, super clean and modern apartment, jaw-dropping location, wow-worthy information from Pola, and the lovely surprise of Toby the dog. Free Wi-Fi, convenient parking, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, pet-free and smoke-free environment.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables, offrant suffisamment d'espace pour se détendre pendant mon séjour de 3 jours. De plus, le personnel était très attentionné, toujours prêt à aider et à trouver des solutions. L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans la zone du marché était également un avantage, avec de nombreuses petites échoppes vendant des produits abordables. Last but not least, le petit-déjeuner était simple mais tout à fait adéquat avec des fruits, des omelettes et des petites offrandes sous la forme d'un buffet. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel a répondu à toutes mes attentes et je le recommande vivement.

The rooms at El Puente Aparts are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a family like ours. We loved the homely feel and the tile/marble floors. The deep soaking tubs in the apartments are a real treat! It was so relaxing to take a long bath after a day of exploring. Having a DVD player in the triple room was a bonus. We enjoyed watching movies as a family before bedtime. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen plasma TVs kept us connected and entertained during our stay. We also appreciated the in-room microwaves and rice cookers, which allowed us to prepare quick and easy meals.

Although the shower/tub combinations were nice, we personally prefer separate showers. But hey, that's just our preference.

The room was modern and comfortable, with a nice view of the garden. The shower in the bathroom was great and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the downtown area and a quiet and peaceful setting. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

our stay at el puente aparts villa was absolutely amazing. after our previous stay in el calafate, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the owner, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the convenient location near restaurants and tourist agencies. paola was incredibly helpful and made our celebrating birthday extra special. highly recommend!

Wifi was spotty.

Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the bus terminal. the Big Lake Park is also within walking distance. the breakfast provided in the room's small kitchen is well-stocked with various options. the Wi-Fi connection is reliable, and the TV works without any issues. the room is clean and well-maintained. the owner, Paula, is friendly, polite, and speaks English well. Highly recommended!

Great vibe! the staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us lots of insider tips. the location was spot-on, close to all the action yet tucked away in a peaceful area. And the best part? the adorable dog who greeted us and hung around. Such a lovely addition to the experience!

Ugh, the temperature in the room was unbearable! Couldn't turn off the heating and it was sweltering hot.

I got great value for my money at El Puente Aparts Villa. The room was cozy and had a nice view. The location was perfect, right at the beginning of the main street. The staff, especially Paola, was incredibly helpful and kind.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
